i am scared of hurricane rita....

we are evacuating today....im really worried. i have never seenanything like thsi before where i live @. traffic is 24 hours to getfrom where i live to galveston. and normally its 45 minutes away...itsRIDICULOUS. the shelves are literally empty. everything is soldout..including GAS. its bad..and im scared. i hope the damage isnt toobad. although this is gonna be the 3rd worst hurricane to ever havehit....

please pray for everyone please. we need all teh prayers we can get.

im talking to a great guy tho...matt masden. ahh hes wonderful and makes me soooo freaking happy! i honestly think i'll marry this guy...i will! haha...! :)

i havent updated in a while....but i wanted to really talk about an issue that is happening right now and very close by. Hurricane Katrina. Many people have lost their homes, and loved ones due to this hurricane which happened only a few hours from where I live. The entire city of New Orleans, Lousiana has been evacuated and the governor is now arranging for the people who are staying at the dome shelter to be sent over to the Reliant Stadium in my hometown of Houston, Texas. They will be sent over on cruise ships sometime within the next couple of days. This hurricane has made history being one of the worst hurricanes the U.S. has ever experienced being a category 5. My school district will be one of the few districts in Houston that will allow students to enroll that are without education for several months due to the hurricane. The power and water is not expected to be fixed for AT LEAST 3 months. With all of this happening it has made me really realize just how blessed I am and how thankful I am to have my home, and food, and a school, along with my family. Many have lost their family, and friends along with their shelter, jobs, and education. My mom and I were watching the news and a little boy was crying saying he couldn't find his dad because his was a  police officer in rescue and they had "misplaced him" and that he had nobody else to go to. It really hurt my heart to know that this child has to go out their and be all alone now with nothing. literally. Another story was told of a husband and wife  who were trying to be rescued. The husband was holding onto a tree limb, while the wife took his hand and held on tight. After a while the wife said she could not hold on any longer, and was going to let go. She then told her husband she loved him, and told him to  tell the kids she loved them as well. then she let go...into the hurricane which then took her life. I hope everyone takes the time today to really be thankful for what they have and to pray for these individuals who have lost their family, and homes and much much more. Thank you.

William Ryan Marmion...

how to describe the guy. wow. there arent enough words to describe what a great guy he was. and how wonderful he was. i loved everything about him...from his smile, to his laugh to those beautiful blue eyes of his. he was my best friend, someone i looked up to, and someone i loved with all of my heart. he was the one that taught me what life was really about. having fun, and living it to the fullest. and having NO REGRETS. he taught me not to judge others, and to accept urself for what you have...because we arent perfect. but we should still be happy with what we have. he taught me alot in the time i knew him. and made me the happiest i had ever been. there was never a dull day with the two of us, and it was always somethign new and exciting for us to experience. each day we learned more about one another and grew together. we learned to trust each other and just have fun. we were probably one of the dumbest, most goofiest couples you had ever seen...because thats just how we were. i dont know why it is that the good always seem to go...but thats just how it is. and i know that ryan was one of the best guys out there. i mean he always was nice to people and i dont think he really had any enemies...he was friends with everyone. i really miss him...and today i am mourning his death but also rejoicing it because he is now in a much better place and is looking down on me and everyone else...and helping us get through each and every day. he is my strength that keeps me going and my hope. he gives me courage and helps me conquer my fears. i know he is not physically here with me but spirtually he will always be. he is the wind that blows my hair. the sun that warms my skin, and the rain that wets my lips. he is here. i know he is the one to laugh at my stupid mistakes and help me out when i need help. he is the one to trip me in the hallway, and to get rid of all those creepy guys out there. he protects me although he cannot  physically do that. i will always love that boy. and always miss him. my heart will always hold a special place just for him. he really is/was a one of a kind kinda guy. he was my ryan. my dirty lil mexican. and i was his cute little cowgirl... and although he is forever gone...he will NEVER be forgotten.

i am going shopping tomorrow @ 6 am cause its tax free weekend and i want to be there early @ the mall so i can beat the crowd and get all the good stuff! def. excited bout shopping!! I LOOOVE IT!

canaan one of my bestest friends everrr comes into town tomorrow! shes staying with me for a week!! YAhhH! <3 that girl

sarah is in baltimore and then to lubbock to her her boyfriend!! yahh for her! i know she's missed scott tons!
